“FUZE apartments in Lucan was what I called a transition spot. A place to live between houses. I hadn't lived in an apartment for a lot of years. The experience was made easy with Morgan and Tim at the helm of running and caring for these apartments. The place was kept extremely clean with great amenities. Well set up gym, entertainment room and get together organized by staff with the residents of the apartment. Any concerns or issues. Tim was there almost immediately to look after. They both made time to chat and made you feel comfortable in your new surroundings. Thank you to both Morgan and Tim for making my stay enjoyable.”

“We made an appointment to view the Fuze Lucan Apartments with Morgan Graham and they were very modern. Morgan is a very good Property Manager with excellent communication skills. She is personable, pleasant and professional, her follow-up with our questions was prompt and helpful.”

“Our experience here was lovely! I can not begin to explain how AMAZING this building is. Morgan and Tim are the ultimate duo, whenever I needed them they were right there . The building is immaculate, cleaners everyday! Apartment is modern and cozy. The view from the balcony is something I will always cherish, the sunsets are BEAUTIFUL as well as the sunrises. There is a little bit of wildlife to watch ( bunnies, ducks, muskrats ) that will keep you entertained. We also loved the entertainment room, you can enjoy yourself with guests and play some pool, Foosball, or watch the huge TV with the fireplace on. Lastly there is a full size gym that is stunning with brand new equipment and again always clean! MOVE HERE you won't regret it ! We had to move due to work but will miss this building so much 💓”
